Contributions
Voluntary contributions to Whats Next Vanite are generally non-refundable, as they are used immediately to sustain community programs, mentorship, and events. If your contribution was made in error or you were charged more than once, please contact us within 7 days and we will review your request.
Paid programs, workshops & events
- Cancelled by us: If we cancel a paid program or event, you will receive a full refund.
- Cancelled by you (7+ days before start): Eligible for a full refund minus payment processing fees.
- Cancelled by you (less than 7 days before start): Not eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your seat to another woman in the community.
- No-shows: Not eligible for a refund.
How to request a refund
Email contact@whatsnextvanite.com with:
- Your full name and the email used at checkout.
- The Razorpay order or payment ID from your receipt.
- A short note about the reason for the refund.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
